Easy Olive Tapenade

Serves: 1 cup
- ½ cup green olives with pimento
- ¾ cup kalamata olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- Place all ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is combined, but still has texture to it.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and serve with chips, veggies or bread.
- Can be refrigerated for a week.
