  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Granulated sugar for dusting (optional)

  3. Transfer to the prepared pan, and spread evenly. Chill in the freezer for 45 minutes.
  4. While the peanut butter mixture is chilling, melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals until melted, make sure to stir in between intervals.
