These frozen rosé slushies are SO easy to make with only three ingredients and will be the ONLY thing you want to drink for the rest of summer!
Ingredients
½ lb. strawberries, washed and quartered
½ cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 (750 ml) bottle dry rosé wine
Instructions
Add strawberries, water, and sugar to a small saucepan. Turn the heat on medium-high and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until berries are soft and sugar has melted, about 15 minutes. Let mixture cool completely. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth. Chill.
Once the strawberry mixture is cold, whisk it with wine in a 9x12 baking dish. Place baking dish in the feezer and let chill for one hour. After an hour, pull it out and stir with a fork. Continue to do this until the mixture resembles a slushy. It should take about 4-5 hours.
Serve in wine glasses with a spoon. Garnish with strawberries.
