Grilled Cheese with Blueberries Strangewich

Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces sliced Gruyere cheese
Instructions
  1. Toss blueberries with sugar in small saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, mashing occasionally with a fork, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Evenly top 2 bread slices with cheese, then blueberry mixture. Top with remaining 2 bread slices. Spread outside of sandwiches evenly with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
  3. Cook sandwiches in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
