2½ cups frozen mixed berries (preferably raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
1 pint fresh raspberries
3½ cups water
1½ cups sugar
1 cup vodka
1 bottle of champagne
Instructions
In a medium saucepan combine water, sugar and berries. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let mixture cool and then strain into a pitcher.
In pitcher combine simple syrup and vodka. Chill.
In champagne flutes pour berry vodka mixture ½. Top off with champagne, fresh raspberries and mint.
