Peppadew Pepper, Goat Cheese and Bacon Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 slices bread
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup peppadew peppers, roughly chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
  1. Slather all slices of bread with goat cheese. Layer chopped peppers on top two pieces, followed by provolone, and then bacon. Cover with top piece of bread.
  2. Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on top and bottom of bread.
  3. Cook in a non-stick skillet over a medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted.
