Our Favorite Green Smoothie

This Green Smoothie is packed with spinach, flax, sweet mango and slightly acidic pineapple. We LOVE it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 large banana (NO BROWN SPOTS!)
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  • Put the frozen mango, pineapple and banana in the bottom of a high powered blender. Place spinach, flax and almond milk on top. Blend until smooth.
