Banana, almond butter and espresso concentrate are just a few of the simple ingredients in my new favorite way to do my morning coffee - Cinnamon Espresso Smoothies.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 4 oz cold brewed espresso
  • 6 oz almond milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add ice and banana to the bottom of the blender.
  • Pour milk and espresso on top followed by almond butter.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Press the smoothie button and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a cup and dust with extra brown sugar.
