Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp agave (If you like it sweeter, add more agave)
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp good quality cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • pretzels, strawberries and apples for dipping

Instructions

  • Add garbanzo beans, tahini, agave, vanilla, cocoa powder, water, and pinch of salt to a food processor. Turn the mixer on a process until smooth. Add more water if necessary. Add more agave if you like it a little bit sweeter. 
  • Serve with strawberries, pretzels, and apples.
