  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce I use Frank's
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 7 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • chips, carrots and celery for serving


  1. Heat a medium sauce pan to a medium-low heat. Add oil, onion, and garlic. Sweat the veggies until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add chicken, hot sauce, mayo, Greek yogurt, gorgonzola, salt, and green onion. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbly, hot and blue cheese has melted. Transfer to serving dish.

  3. Serve with tortillas chips, carrots, and celery.
