1/4cupblanched and peeled almonds (it's easier if they are already sliced or slivered)
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
4tbspavocado oil
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except oil in food processor or blender. Blend until a paste has formed. Slowly drizzle in both oils. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite pasta, chicken or fish!
