Chicken Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of our favorite ways to enjoy an egg roll without all the effort. We take all of the classic components of the egg roll filling - ground chicken, cabbage, and carrots - and serve it over steamed rice. It's finished off with a drizzle of sweet and sour sauce, green onion, and black sesame seeds. If you're feeling adventurous, cover it with a fried egg.

If you're looking for a way to step your salad game up, look no further than our Fennel and Apple Salad with Garlicky Croutons. We toss shaved fennel and Granny Smith apples with toasted walnuts, homemade sourdough croutons and shreds of parmesan cheese, and then drizzle it all in a simple lemon-y vinaigrette.

Spicy Bucatini Recipe: We cook cherry tomatoes and spicy fresno chilies in butty brown butter, and then toss it with chewy bucatini noodles, toasted almonds, fresh thyme, and plenty of garlic. A little bit of salty, starchy pasta water and parmesan cheese finish off this irresistibly spicy, nutty summer to fall pasta.

Impress family and friends with this Cheesy Artichoke and Spinach Frittata for your next brunch! This easy egg dish comes together in no time with virtually no effort. It's packed with hearty spinach, artichoke hearts, and nutty parmesan cheese. Once the fluffy frittata is just shy of being done, we dollop fresh pesto on top and sprinkle with shredded Monterrey jack cheese. Healthy, but totally satisfying!

Our Caramel Apple Clafoutis Recipe is one of the easiest most impressive desserts you'll make all fall long. This pancake meets souffle baked dessert is studded with brown butter caramel apples, plenty of warm fall spices and baked until brown on the outside and soft and custard-like on the inside. Oh, and it's a cinch to throw together.

Our Creamy Tarragon Chicken is a great easy weeknight dinner that feels elevated. We sear chicken breasts in a cast-iron skillet and then simmer them in a creamy, garlicky tarragon and mustard sauce. Serve with veggies, pasta, or a little bit of creamy mashed potatoes.
