Oven

The oven is the workhorse of our kitchen and all of these recipes use it.

Packed with ground chicken or turkey, plenty of veggies, and an easy homemade enchilada sauce, our Chicken Enchilada Casserole is the perfect way to get your enchilada fix in an easier form. Make a day in advance and pop in the oven when you're ready to eat.

Visually beautiful and even tastier to eat, our Whole Roasted Cauliflower is THE vegetable recipe worthy of a permanent place in your dinner rotation. We steam a whole head of cauliflower, rub with with spices and then roast until it's tender on the inside and ultra crispy on top.  We cover it in an easy Calabrian Chili Chimichurri, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, and finish it off with salty feta cheese. Eat a whole one for a meal or share with others as a side dish.

Crispy and puffed on the edges, with the most luscious custard-like inside, our Savory Dutch baby is going to be the showstopper of your next spring brunch. We toss Canadian Bacon, crispy asparagus, and nutty gruyere together and then sprinkle it over our fool-proof dutch baby batter.

Make a double or triple batch to feed a crowd, or scale it back to feed a family of four.

Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potatoes and Mushrooms, always. We roast buttery yukon gold potatoes and woodsy shiitake mushrooms until they're irresistibly crispy and golden, then toss them with nutty parmesan cheese and fresh thyme. Simple, but so delicious.

Let's all satisfy the kid in us with these ultra crispy, completely irresistible Baked Coconut Chicken Tenders. We coat tender chicken in a light coconut and panko breading, bake them on a screaming hot baking sheet and then serve them with a quick warm mango salsa and a hot honey drizzle.
