Crispy on the edges, soft on the inside, and dusted with the perfect amount of seasoning, our Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect quick and easy veggies to make any night of the week. Once the Brussels sprouts are done in the air fryer we toss them in a sticky homemade honey soy glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then serve with extra sauce for dipping. (You'll want to dip.)

Chicken Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of our favorite ways to enjoy an egg roll without all the effort. We take all of the classic components of the egg roll filling - ground chicken, cabbage, and carrots - and serve it over steamed rice. It's finished off with a drizzle of sweet and sour sauce, green onion, and black sesame seeds. If you're feeling adventurous, cover it with a fried egg.

Our Easy Shrimp Fried Rice is our favorite way to use up leftover steamed white rice. We stir-fry cold rice with plenty of carrot, onion, and garlic, and then toss it with egg, frozen peas, green onion, and of course lots of soy sauce and sesame oil. Swap out your favorite protein for the shrimp or add a variety for a hearty meal.
