If you're a fan of scallops, then trust me, you NEED to make these Brown Butter Scallops with Tarragon. They are seared in nutty brown butter until ultra crispy, and then bathed in the same brown butter plus lots of lemon juice and plenty of tarragon.  Even better? You only need five simple ingredients to make this restaurant-quality meal.

Red Curry Salmon and Veggies: One skillet, 30-minute meal.

Our Easy Shrimp Fried Rice is our favorite way to use up leftover steamed white rice. We stir-fry cold rice with plenty of carrot, onion, and garlic, and then toss it with egg, frozen peas, green onion, and of course lots of soy sauce and sesame oil. Swap out your favorite protein for the shrimp or add a variety for a hearty meal.

Our Copycat Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap is the perfect on-the-go breakfast for busy mornings. We stuff a whole-wheat tortilla with egg whites, wilted baby spinach, salty feta, and a sun-dried tomato pesto. The wraps are crisped up in a hot skillet until golden brown and ready to eat.

Our Detox Soup Recipe is the perfect way to jump-start your health after an indulgent weekend. We simmer chicken bones with tons of veggies, garlic, ginger, and lemongrass until the water turns into a deep, rich broth. Serve the broth with leeks, spinach and any of your other favorite veggies.

Our Zucchini Noodles with Burst Cherry Tomato Sauce and Pesto is a great way to get your pasta fix without all the calories. We toss zucchini noodles and a little bit of whole-wheat spaghetti with sweet blistered cherry tomatoes, creamy ricotta, and a touch of parmesan cheese. We finish it off with a drizzle of pesto and serve!

If you want a little taste of vacation,  try out our Blackened Fish Sandwich Recipe. This easy fish sandwich is pan-seared until crusty and blackened on the top and flaky inside, nestled into a brioche bun, and topped with a lime and cumin Brussels sprout slaw.

Crispy Chicken Cutlets are a cult-favorite in our family. We serve them all kinds of different ways, but our current favorite is serving them with a big dollop of creamy ricotta cheese and a zippy tomato and cucumber salad.
