Pan-Seared Halibut with Sun-Dried Tomato Butter

Nutty barley tossed in a zippy green tahini sauce, lemony sumac-roasted cauliflower and shrimp, and pops of crunchy pine nuts are the makings of our Green Tahini Shrimp Bowls - our new favorite way to do healthy. Make everything and serve the day of or pack it up and keep in the fridge to serve thought the week.

Crispy on the edges, soft on the inside, and dusted with the perfect amount of seasoning, our Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect quick and easy veggies to make any night of the week. Once the Brussels sprouts are done in the air fryer we toss them in a sticky homemade honey soy glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then serve with extra sauce for dipping. (You'll want to dip.)

This Baked BBQ Salmon with Brussels Sprout Slaw is one of our favorite ways to serve salmon! We press a sweet and spicy dry rub on the surface of the fish, bake until crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. We slather the salmon with homemade barbecue sauce and top with a cool, crisp Brussels sprout slaw. Serve as is, or nestle into tortillas for the perfect taco.

Italian Artichoke Salad is our go-to salad for cozy winter dinners, alfresco summer barbecues and everything in between. We marinate artichoke hearts and red onions in a zippy red wine and parmesan vinaigrette, toss everything with crisp romaine lettuce and sliced roasted red peppers. Easy to make ahead of time, perfect to feed a large family, and delicious.
