If you guys are sick of average chicken dinner after average chicken dinner, let me introduce you to our new best friend: Creamy Poblano Chicken with Cilantro Rice Pilaf. We sear chicken breasts in a little bit of butter, then simmer them in a ridiculously delicious poblano cream sauce studded with caramelized onions and sliced poblano peppers. The dish is perfect on its own, but to make sure we get every last drop of that poblano cream sauce, we serve the chicken on top of an easy rice pilaf sure to become a new staple in your side dish repertoire.

This One Pot Fresh Tomato Pasta is the perfect way to use up all your summer tomatoes! We cook down the tomatoes with an obscene amount of garlic, a little bit of sugar, and plenty of salt and then cook fresh pasta directly in the sauce. Finish it off with a handful of parmesan cheese, serve with a salad and this easy summer dinner is done.

If you're a fan of scallops, then trust me, you NEED to make these Brown Butter Scallops with Tarragon. They are seared in nutty brown butter until ultra crispy, and then bathed in the same brown butter plus lots of lemon juice and plenty of tarragon.  Even better? You only need five simple ingredients to make this restaurant-quality meal.

Our Easy Shrimp Fried Rice is our favorite way to use up leftover steamed white rice. We stir-fry cold rice with plenty of carrot, onion, and garlic, and then toss it with egg, frozen peas, green onion, and of course lots of soy sauce and sesame oil. Swap out your favorite protein for the shrimp or add a variety for a hearty meal.
