Asian Grilled Salmon Marinade (5 Ingredients)

Blackened Shrimp and Halloumi Salad - have you seen a prettier combination? We take take peppery arugula leaves and toss them in a simple vinaigrette and then layer them with sweet watermelon, salty halloumi cheese, toasted pita croutons, and spicy blackened shrimp. It's hearty, healthy, and SO delicious.

If you're a fan of scallops, then trust me, you NEED to make these Brown Butter Scallops with Tarragon. They are seared in nutty brown butter until ultra crispy, and then bathed in the same brown butter plus lots of lemon juice and plenty of tarragon.  Even better? You only need five simple ingredients to make this restaurant-quality meal.

Red Curry Salmon and Veggies: One skillet, 30-minute meal.

Our Easy Shrimp Fried Rice is our favorite way to use up leftover steamed white rice. We stir-fry cold rice with plenty of carrot, onion, and garlic, and then toss it with egg, frozen peas, green onion, and of course lots of soy sauce and sesame oil. Swap out your favorite protein for the shrimp or add a variety for a hearty meal.

If you want a little taste of vacation,  try out our Blackened Fish Sandwich Recipe. This easy fish sandwich is pan-seared until crusty and blackened on the top and flaky inside, nestled into a brioche bun, and topped with a lime and cumin Brussels sprout slaw.

Salmon with Pesto and Roasted Cauliflower is an easy 5-ingredient full dinner! Yep, all you need is just five ingredients to create the crispiest, most flavorful salmon meal. We pan-sear salmon filets in a screaming hot cast iron skillet, and serve it over a bed of pesto farro studded with nutty roasted cauliflower. This is honestly the BEST five-ingredient meal you'll ever make!

This is the Tuna White Bean Salad of my dreams. Easy to make, and packed with flaky tuna, creamy white beans, crunchy celery and red onion, and tossed a light dressing made with just enough low-fat mayo, lemon juice,  and acidic white wine vinegar. Pair with hearty whole-grain bread and serve with crisp romaine lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
