American

Classic American recipes perfect for any occasion.

Crispy Baked Lemon Chickpea Cakes

In our Spicy Chorizo Pasta you'll find little bits of salty spice-filled Mexican chorizo in each creamy puddle-filled shellbow bite, tender seasoned chicken, and just enough creamy sauce to coat the noodles ever so slightly. This easy, unassuming pasta is a recipe you'll want in your back pocket when you're cravin a little cmfort, a little spice, and whole lotta pasta.

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and full of tanginess is means these are the best Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes on the planet!

Crispy on the edges, soft on the inside, and dusted with the perfect amount of seasoning, our Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect quick and easy veggies to make any night of the week. Once the Brussels sprouts are done in the air fryer we toss them in a sticky homemade honey soy glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then serve with extra sauce for dipping. (You'll want to dip.)

Twirly noodles tossed in a five-minute kale pesto, tender chicken meatballs, and plenty of nutty parmesan are the makings of our new favorite throw-it-together weeknight meal – Kale Pesto Pasta. Just because it's winter, doesn't mean we have to leave homemade pesto behind. Swapping out hearty wintery kale for a portion of the pesto brings a little seasonal aspect to our pesto and using crunchy almonds instead of pine nuts make this easy meal pocket-friendly as well.

Our version of a Leek and Potato Soup includes all of the star ingredients you'd normally see, but we take it up a notch with notes of brown butter, shallot and a pop acid at the end. Adding a sprinkling of crunchy fried brown butter pine nuts and leeks as the finishing touch not only adds a pop of texture and flavor with each bite, but truly makes this Creamy Leek and Potato Soup restaurant quality.

This Baked BBQ Salmon with Brussels Sprout Slaw is one of our favorite ways to serve salmon! We press a sweet and spicy dry rub on the surface of the fish, bake until crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. We slather the salmon with homemade barbecue sauce and top with a cool, crisp Brussels sprout slaw. Serve as is, or nestle into tortillas for the perfect taco.
