These dinner party recipes are our go-to when entertaining. From chicken to homemade pasta they’re all sure to impress!

Swimming in a luscious lemon-infused wine sauce and studded with briny artichokes and sweet caramelized onions, our Chicken with Artichokes is the perfect bright springy dish to whip up when we also need a little cozy for those curve ball cold days we all get this time of year.

Tender and crispy on the outside with a slight bite on the inside, and covered in cheesy garlicky breadcrumbs (with hints of lemon!), our Easy Roasted Asparagus with Breadcrumbs is the perfect way to up your roasted veggie game this spring. Make a double or triple batch to feed a crowd, or scale it back to feed a family of four.

Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potatoes and Mushrooms, always. We roast buttery yukon gold potatoes and woodsy shiitake mushrooms until they're irresistibly crispy and golden, then toss them with nutty parmesan cheese and fresh thyme. Simple, but so delicious.

Pork Tenderloin Tacos. We flavor lean pork tenderloin in an easy soy sauce and lime marinade, crisp it up in a cast-iron skillet and then nestle it into charred corn tortillas with an easy corn salsa and zippy lime crema. Healthy, easy and so satisfying.

One Pot Short Rib Bolognese

Twirly noodles tossed in a five-minute kale pesto, tender chicken meatballs, and plenty of nutty parmesan are the makings of our new favorite throw-it-together weeknight meal – Kale Pesto Pasta. Just because it's winter, doesn't mean we have to leave homemade pesto behind. Swapping out hearty wintery kale for a portion of the pesto brings a little seasonal aspect to our pesto and using crunchy almonds instead of pine nuts make this easy meal pocket-friendly as well.

Our version of a Leek and Potato Soup includes all of the star ingredients you'd normally see, but we take it up a notch with notes of brown butter, shallot and a pop acid at the end. Adding a sprinkling of crunchy fried brown butter pine nuts and leeks as the finishing touch not only adds a pop of texture and flavor with each bite, but truly makes this Creamy Leek and Potato Soup restaurant quality.
