Pasta with Chicken Sausage and Roasted Veggies (5-Ingredients!)

Crispy Baked Lemon Chickpea Cakes

Crispy Roast Chicken with Brown Butter and Sage

This Baked BBQ Salmon with Brussels Sprout Slaw is one of our favorite ways to serve salmon! We press a sweet and spicy dry rub on the surface of the fish, bake until crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. We slather the salmon with homemade barbecue sauce and top with a cool, crisp Brussels sprout slaw. Serve as is, or nestle into tortillas for the perfect taco.

This Creamy One Pot Spinach Orzo is better than any boxed pasta side you'll get at grocery store! Minimal ingredients and 25 minutes from start to finish.

This One Pot Fresh Tomato Pasta is the perfect way to use up all your summer tomatoes! We cook down the tomatoes with an obscene amount of garlic, a little bit of sugar, and plenty of salt and then cook fresh pasta directly in the sauce. Finish it off with a handful of parmesan cheese, serve with a salad and this easy summer dinner is done.

Our Zucchini Noodles with Burst Cherry Tomato Sauce and Pesto is a great way to get your pasta fix without all the calories. We toss zucchini noodles and a little bit of whole-wheat spaghetti with sweet blistered cherry tomatoes, creamy ricotta, and a touch of parmesan cheese. We finish it off with a drizzle of pesto and serve!

Don't let the simplicity of this 3-Ingredient Peanut Sauce fool you, because it will knock your socks off! This has all of the peanut-forward flavor we love about a classic peanut sauce without all of the ingredients. Throw is on salads, toss it with chicken and veggies for lettuce wraps, serve with chinese noodles, or simply use as a dip with crudités.
